Classroom Seating Chart Maker
Print a free one-page seating chart for a class of 8 to 36. Pick rows, pairs, groups, a U-shape, round tables or carpet spots; paste your class list and seat it in order, A to Z or shuffled with certain students kept apart; or print blank desks to write in. Handy for your sub binder.
Desks grow to fill the page, so a small class prints big desks. A class list longer than the seat count adds seats; spare seats print as blank desks at the back. Long names shrink to fit. Keep-apart pairs are never put in the same pair, group or table, or side by side, when the room allows it. Anything left empty — the title line fields, a desk — prints as a line to write on.
