Turn any word list into a one-page game for pre-K to Grade 3: a race path, roll and read, four in a row, tic-tac-toe, Bump or word swat with caller cards. Pick a Dolch list or type this week's spelling words — the rules print on every board.

Every game is one page with the rules printed on it. When the list is shorter than the board, words repeat evenly and never sit next to themselves. Pre-Primer and Primer lists suit pre-K–K; Grade 1–3 lists and spelling words suit grades 1–3.

  1. Put your counters on Start. Take turns to roll the die and move that many squares.
  2. Read the word you land on. Stuck? A friend can help you sound it out.
  3. Landed on Roll again or Go back? Do what it says. The first player to reach Finish wins.
