STEM Challenge Cards Generator

Print hands-on build challenges for grades K–5. Each card pairs a goal (the tallest tower, a bridge that holds 10 pennies, a boat that floats 20 coins) with materials that suit it and a grade-level rule. Add an Ask–Imagine–Plan–Create–Test–Improve recording sheet and big labels for your materials bins.

Materials you have (challenges only use the materials ticked here)

Print the cards on card stock and keep each set with its materials bin. Children pick a card, build, and record their work on the recording sheet. The season theme changes only the wording of each challenge.
